User Problem

When work items have several labels attached, the user finds the Backlog view/page quite noisy/crowded. This can hinder the team's efficiency during PI planning sessions or any activity that uses this view.

Replication steps:

1. Select a Portfolio from the main navigation bar
2. Select Backlog from the sidebar
3. In the Program Increment dropdown, select a program increment
4. In the Viewing dropdown, select Epic Backlog
5. Click on the Columns Shown
6. Enable 3-4 columns in the Epic tab
7. Click on the Save button
8. Click on the plus sign to expand the work items
