Request

Currently, the Integrated User permissions do not allow the user to view the details of Dependencies despite needing to work on them. A Read-Only permission would make this a much more useful role.

Desired Access:

It is quite common for engineering teams to have to re-consider the scope of work required for a dependency but it often requires a view and some details on the other dependencies to provide to the Product Owner to make a decision. Read-only access for dependencies for technical teams would facilitate this.
