      Issue Summary

The "Capitalized" field value is not visible in the Feature Backlog view even though it is already enabled.
However, the values of the"Capitalized" field are visible in the Feature Grid.

      Steps to Reproduce

      Lab Setup

      • The instance should have multiple Portfolios
      • Portfolio A - The "Capitalized" field toggle is enabled from the Details Panel Setting. And Capitalized field column is activated in the Backlog Columns Show.
      • Portfolio A - Program X: make sure the Feature(s) has the Capitalized field set to Yes or No
      • Portfolio B - The "Capitalized" field toggle is NOT enabled from the Details Panel Setting.
      • Portfolio B  has Program Y with Features

      Steps

      1. Navigate to Portfolio A (with Capitalized) > Backlog > select Features from the drop-down (on Portfolio Level). Verify the Capitalized field is visible with the correct value. (Yes/No)
      2. Go to Program X > Backlog. Verify the Capitalized field is visible with the correct value. (Yes/No)
      3. Navigate to Portfolio B (no Capitalized) > Backlog > select Features from the drop-down (on Portfolio Level)
      4. Verify the "Capitalized" field column is shown with an empty value. (the other issue here is even though the Capitalized field is not available in the Column shown for Portfolio B, the Backlog view shows the Capitalized field)
      5. Now, navigate to Program X > Backlog (on the program level- which has Capitalized enabled)
      6. Verify that the Capitalized field is empty. However, the value should be visible since the value is already set.

      Expected Results

The value of the Capitalized field should be visible in the Backlog view

      Actual Results

The value of the Capitalized field is empty even though the Features has the Yes or No value set already.

      Workaround

      • Navigate to Portfolio A (Capitalized enabled) from the portfolio level and verify that the Backlog for Features shows the correct values.
      • Go to Program X (under Portfolio A) from the program level. Check that the Backlog shows the value now and that changing values now consistently reflect upon page reload.
