Issue Summary
After upgrading to 10.133.2, the Theme filter is no longer showing in the EpicGrid and Epic Backlog for non-SuperAdmin roles. It only shows Themes that have no Programs.
It worked fine before, but many users have reported this problem since JA has been upgraded to 10.133.2 on 24/May/24
This is reproducible on Data Center: (yes)
Steps to Reproduce
- Step 1. ensure that user A is a member of the Portfolio Teams
- Step 2. Several Themes have been created, including Theme A and Theme B, which are assigned to multiple Programs and PIs, and Theme C and D, which is created without assigning programs.
- Step 3. To filter by Theme in the EpicGrid or Epic backlog of Portfolio A, click "Apply Filter." While Super Admin users experience expected functionality, non-SuperAdmin users do not see the Theme listed in the filter.
Expected Results
non-SuperAdmin users should see the Theme listed in the filter.
Actual Results
when login with non-superAdmin users, It only shows Themes that have no Programs, the theme is not listed correctly in the filter.
Note
Tested on 10.132.3, it worked fine with non-SuperAdmin roles, all themes listed in the filter.
Workaround
Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
