Summary

As a User, I would need the ability to be able to modify/ change the Dependency levels(EPIC/ Features/Capabilities) after a dependency is created.

Steps to Replicate:

• Create a Dependency, with "Feature" as "What is this Dependency for?".
• Once the Dependency is created, open the newly created Dependency from the Dependencies page.
• There we don't have the option to change the Value from Feature to EPIC or Capability

Expected Result:

We should have an option to change the Dependency level after Dependency is created.

Actual Result:

We don't have any option to change the Dependency level after Dependency is created.
