Issue Summary

This is reproducible on Data Center: (yes)

In the Release vehicle roadmap, the page currently disregards the program filter and only considers the PI which conflicts with the expected behavior mentioned in the help center

Steps to Reproduce

1. Select a Program in the top navigation bar.
2. On the sidebar, select Reports in the list of page options.
3. Select Release Vehicle Roadmap; the Release Vehicle Roadmap report displays
4. After loading all the results, change the initially selected Program
5. Notice that now the Release Vehicles shown are from both Programs

Expected Results

Only Release Vehicles and Features from the current Program and Program Increment should be shown

Actual Results

 The correct Features are shown, but Release Vehicles from other Programs are shown

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
