Worktree Isn't Showing Stories When Viewing Bottoms Up When Your Tier One Filter Is Associated To a Release Vehicle

      Make sure you have stories tied to features tied to a release vechile
      Then go to the worktree view and set you tier one view to filter off the RV
      Then set the work tree view to bottoms up view and top down view and you will notice that stories don't show. Again make sure you filter the context by Program, PI, & RV

      Issue: When you set a RV in your tier one it won't show stories on the work tree (bottoms up view)
