Worktree Isn't Showing Stories When Viewing Bottoms Up When Your Tier One Filter Is Associated To a Release Vehicle

Issue: When you set a RV in your tier one it won't show stories on the work tree (bottoms up view)

STR:
Make sure you have stories tied to features tied to a release vehicle
Then go to the work tree view and set you tier1 view to filter off the RV
Then set the work tree view to bottoms-up view and top-down view and you will notice that stories don't show. Again make sure you filter the context by Program, PI, & RV

We should show stories tied to RVs filtering per the content on the work tree
