Issue Summary

HTML tags are being added to the description fields of the "Why?" tab in JIRA after connector sync. This looks like a regression caused by the development to support rich text editor on Portfolio Epic, Solution Capability Description fields, introduced with version 10.130.x. 

Steps to Reproduce

1. Prerequisite: Have a "Why? Field" integration with Jira.
2. Change the description field of the work item (Portfolio Epic, Solution Capability) in Jira Align.
3. Wait until the connector sync is complete.
4. Check the descriptions of the related work item's  "Why?" tab, in JIRA 

Expected Results

Having a readable and similar text format to that in the description field of the relevant work item in Jira Align.

HTML tags are being added to the description fields of the "Why?" tab in JIRA

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
