      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Login.

      2. Go to Roadmap.

      3. Open any view and change sorting to sorting by date.

      4. Notice order of items.

      5. Apply filter or re-access roadmap.

      3. Open any view and change sorting to sorting by date. 
      4. Notice order of items. 
      5. Apply filter or re-access roadmap. 

      AR: Date is selected as sort order, but items are sorted by Program rank. 

      ER: Items are ordered by Date.
