Ideas created with Product field set do not show with iZone # in Manage Backlog view of Ideation

When creating an Ideation work item, Jira Align is displays the object with an iZone ID # for reference.

However, if the Idea form has the Product field as an available option to enter and populated, then Manage Backlog view will show the Idea card with the product name embedded with a number that is not the iZone #.

Impact: This is inconsistent with Ideas created that do not have the Product field selected.

It prevents quick find of an iZone # then since the card does not display it.

Note that after the item was created with the Product field selected, even if subsequently the Product field is turned off/unselected, it still shows with the non-iZone # in the Manage Backlog view.

How to Replicate

• Navigate to the Ideation page
• Create two Ideas, one with the Product field populated and the other without the Product field populated
• Then navigate to the 'Manage Backlog' view
• Notice in the Idea card, the Idea where the Product was not selected, the Idea card appears with the IZone ID # (example IZ_xxx). This is the desired behavior
• Then, notice the other Idea where the Product was selected, for this the Idea card shows with the product name embedded with a number that is not the iZone #.

Suggested Solutions

The Idea card for all should appear with the desired IZone ID # (example IZ_xxx)
