Issue Summary

Items > Dependencies grid does not populate any dependencies with multi-program affiliation

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create Dependencies with multiple program associations
2. Open Items > Dependencies
3. Search for the multi-program dependency

Expected Results

General grids such as Items > Dependencies should list all Dependencies

Actual Results

Dependencies with typeId: 7 (multiprogram) will fail to populate in the Grid

Workaround

These dependencies can be viewed by using the Magnifying Glass search in the top right corner, or can be viewed in strict context such as Portfolio > More Items > Dependencies
