Issue Summary

If multiple PIs are selected under a Portfolio having an estimation system as either Member weeks or Points, incorrect values are shown for the capacity planning.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to Portfolio > Choose a PI-1 > Capacity > Plan for the team.
2. Navigate to the Forecast tab > Choose the same PI-1> Note the values.
3. Repeat steps 1 & 2 for PI-2.
4. Now choose both PI-1, PI-2 in the filter and navigate to the Forecast tab. 
5. You will see that the values for the capacity planning are incorrect.

Expected Results

Capacity Planning values shouldn't be affected by selecting multiple PIs in the filter.

Actual Results

Capacity Planning values are incorrect upon selecting multiple PIs in the filter.

Workaround

The only workaround is to choose one PI at a time which is very time consuming and inefficient.
