Forecast: Session timeout does not generate alert

      Issue Summary

      This is reproducible on Data Center: (yes) 

      When customers have multiple sessions, they may be logged out from JA. However, the Forecast page will continue to display the data (as long as it is not refreshed), and there will be no signs of timeout/logout when using the tab.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Login JA
      2. Select a Program
      3. In the side menu, click on the Forecast page
      4. In the drop-down, select the 'Team' level and 'Features' level
      5. enter the values in the "Remaining Capacity" column
      6. Close JA
      7. Repeat steps 1-4
      8. Notice that the entered values during step 5 are missing

      Expected Results

      As the session expired, it's expected that Ja would show a pop-up window requiring the user to log in again in order to proceed with editing the page

      Actual Results

      No pop-up window is shown, and the page remains editable, however, the values are not being saved, missing the values from the page and also the entries in the audit log

      Workaround

      Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
