We've observed certain instances where uncached static files take more than 30 seconds to download in the customer's environment. This significantly affects the overall page load performance as these files have to be downloaded every time the page is accessed.

This enhancement request is to review these uncached static assets and convert them into cacheable ones. This will ensure that once the files are downloaded initially, they will be stored locally on the user's device (cached), making subsequent page loads faster as the static files won't need to be re-downloaded from the server.
