Issue Summary

When filtering the parent Objective field using the new OKR experience slideout, nothing happens, and the list is not reduced/filled

Steps to Reproduce

Pre-requisite: Have several objectives with a hierarchy (different tier levels)
For example, make sure to have more than 5 Program objectives

1. Create a Team objective selecting the team and program accordingly
   (Complete the wizard and publish the objective)
2. Open the slide-out and go to the 'Parent Objective' field
3. Type the name of one of the program objectives you wish to look for

Expected Results

The dropdown list is filtered when typing the name of the parent objective

Actual Results

Nothing happens and the list of potential parent objectives remains unchanged in the dropdown:

Use/Switch to the legacy experience

to use the classic slideout
