Issue Summary

Deleting Portfolio fails to remove some references in Jira Align database. This can lead to inaccurate data reflected in Enterprise Insights.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create Portfolio
   
2. Delete the Portfolio
   

Expected Results

References to deleted Portfolio that are not required should be removed from database.

Actual Results

References to deleted Portfolio that are not required remain in database. This can lead to inaccurate data reflected in Enterprise Insights.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
