Improve the sharing links for JA pages

Hello Team!

Currently, the 'Share' option is available on various pages throughout JA, facilitating information exchange among users and teams.

However, it does not consistently include all filtered elements or view configurations when shared with another user, requiring the sender to transmit all page configurations separately.

To address this issue, deep linking for selected page configurations is proposed along with highlighting filters that may not be visible due to permission issues
