Add Callout for Login Credentials into Jira Align Self-Hosted Guide

Hi Team,

On-prem customers constantly ask for the JA's initial login credentials. 

There is no information on how to login in the first time (maybe as admin) or create user/login.

Please add a comment at the end of the Installation instructions section to the JA Self-hosted Install guide Web and Zip version sent to the customers on each release for the initial login credentials to contact JA support.

Example of callout:  "For the initial login, please kindly contact the Jira Align support team”
