Dedicated "Decision" Logging and Reporting in Jira Align

Here are the customer's specific needs:

1) A feature similar to "Actions" in Jira Align but for logging "Decisions". These decisions may be discussed during sprints, team meetings, or scrum meetings in the team room or program room, and should be loggable at the Program level.

2) A dedicated block within the Program Room, similar to the existing blocks for Actions and Risks, where decisions can be logged and monitored.

3) A reporting feature specifically for the "Decisions" logged, similar to the existing "Actions Report". This report should be exportable for easy sharing and reference.

The customer believes that these enhancements would provide a more streamlined approach for logging and reporting decisions, a crucial part of their project management process. This would significantly enhance the customer's use of the Jira Align platform, making it more comprehensive and tailored to their specific needs.
