In the current user audit logs and change activity Logs, it's not easy to forget, purge, or make an end-user activity anonymous.

Enhancement Request

The customer is requesting a feature enhancement in Jira Align, specifically for JA administrators. They would like to have the ability to manage user audit histories, which includes purging data when necessary, specifically to be able to delete all entries over 180 days old. This suggestion stems from the fact that several countries have laws and expectations that a user's audit history can be purged, forgotten, or made anonymous.

Therefore, they are seeking a feature that allows them to easily purge, delete or anonymize end-user activity. This could be due to various reasons such as privacy concerns, legal requirements, or data management policies.
