Issue Summary

When creating a Team, the Team Name field accepts a maximum of 100 characters. However, when Editing an existing Team, the Team Name field has a maximum of 200 characters.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a Team
2. Attempt to input at least 101 characters as the Team Name

1. Edit an existing or just newly created Team
2. Attempt to input at least 201 characters as the Team Name

Expected Results

The character limit on the name when creating or editing a team should be the same at 200 characters maximum.

Actual Results

Creating a team enforces a limit of 100 characters on the name
Editing a team enforces a limit of 200 characters on the name

Workaround

If you have to create a Team with names above 100 characters.
Create the Team with a name within 100 characters and save
Edit the created Team and set the desired name, which is within 200 characters
