Issue Summary

Program Room takes a long time to load when the Progress, Release Vehicle, and Team Load widget is toggled on.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to a Program Room with huge data set
2. Select "View Configuration" setting
3. Toggle ON Progress, Release Vehicle, and Team Load
4. Click Apply

Expected Results

Program Room should load in a reasonable time.

Actual Results

The Program Room takes more than 30 seconds to 1 min to load before it actually loads.

Workaround

Toggle off Progress, Release Vehicle, and Team Load in View Configuration.
