User Management - Blank Team Dropdown List When Assigning Teams To Users

      Issue Summary

      When attempting to assign Teams to a User profile, the Team dropdown list encounters blank sections as we scroll down through the list. The list appears to stop at certain points and then when we scroll down further in the blank area, it then reloads with more team data.
      This appears to happen for instances with a large amount of Teams, of various team types combined.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Open Settings > People
      2. Select a User profile
      3. On the User slideout, switch to the Teams tab
      4. Open the "Add to Teams" dropdown
      5. Scroll down through the team list

      Expected Results

      All available teams of the different types are displayed in the list and available to be selected.

      Actual Results

      The list is partial and goes blank/empty at certain points while scrolling through. Only if you keep scrolling through does it refresh and reload another partial section of the list, and so on as you keep scrolling.

      Workaround

      Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
