Issue Summary

In the Status Report, Rich text is not being rendered on the description field for Epics.

This is reproducible on Data Center: (yes)

Steps to Reproduce

1. Step 1. Create the epic and fill in the Description field using rich text format and special characters, for example, <Character>_<Number>, <Character> & <Character>, etc.
   
2. Step 2. Go to Report and select Status Report. The rich text is not being rendered in the description field for Epics
   

Expected Results

The description field displays the whole text, rendered

Actual Results

Description field displays the HTML tags

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
