      Issue Summary

      Jira Align have various character limits for description field based on work items. The difference in limits is causing sync issue with Jira (cloud is set to 32767)
      e.g
      Description max length:
      Feature, Defect, Story : 400k
      Epic, Capability : 123K

      Steps to Reproduce

      Expected Results

      Jira and Jira Align should support the same char limits

      Actual Results

      Char limits vary on each work item and platform.

      Workaround

      None.
