Portfolio Epic > Description field: Existing Line breaks removed after enabling the new Rich text editor on epics

This is reproducible on Data Center: (yes) 

After enabling the new rich text editing for Portfolio Epics Description ( Release notes section 'Rich text editor for epic and capability descriptions'.), the initial line breaks that were already present in the Portfolio Epic > Description field before are removed after enabling the rich text editor feature. User is able to add the line breaks back and save the epic so the line breaks remain on those saved ones. However, all existing line breaks that were there before enabling this, are no longer in the description.

This issue is seen with existing epic descriptions where the initial line breaks that were present before are removed(not displayed by the editor) after enabling the rich text editor toggle. New ones seem to be unaffected.

Steps to Reproduce

• With the above rich text editing feature toggle first disabled
• Create a new Portfolio Epic
• In the Portfolio Epic slide out > Description field, add texts with line breaks and Save
• Confirm the Portfolio Epic slide out > Description field shows the texts with line breaks as expected
• Now enable the above toggle
• After the above, check again the same above Portfolio Epic slide out > Description field. This time the texts appear without line breaks 

Expected Results

With Rich Text enabled, existing line breaks that were present before should still be displayed by the editor

Actual Results

After Rich Text is enabled, existing line breaks are removed in the editor

Workaround

User needs to manually add the line breaks back and save the epic so the line breaks remain on those saved ones
