Issue Summary

In the old Navigation, the Status Report page was accessible at the Organization Level. In new navigation, it is only accessible up to the Portfolio level and does not provide visibility for Org leadership to view status across multiple Portfolios as before.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to Status Report in Old Nav
2. Select the option for Organization Structure status report
3. Switch to New Nav
4. Page will break because this report cannot be reproduced in New Nav

Expected Results

Org level Status report is still accessible in some form in New Nav

Actual Results

Status Report is only accessible at the single Portfolio level

Workaround

Once Old Nav is removed, there is no way to access this report again.
