Issue Summary

In the case of Jira Server, upon removing all the User Permissions for a Jira Connector user, work items are not pushed to JA "Jira Deleted Issues"

Steps to Reproduce

1. Remove Jira connector project mapping from JA.
2. On Jira Server ensure that the connector user has no permissions on the Jira Project.
3. Run Jira deleted issues, from Settings-> Jira Management.

Expected Results

The "Jira deleted issues" query should fetch all the WorkItems under that Jira Project.

Actual Results

The "Jira deleted issues" query fetches no WorkItem.

Workaround

The only possible way to push WorkItem to "Jira Deleted Issues" is to delete the WorkItem in the Jira Server.
