Issue Summary

Upon saving Dependency after adding multiple Programs in the "Depends On" section gives the error "Text Length Exceeded - 100 Characters "

Steps to Reproduce

1. Login to JA
2. Go to Items -> Dependency from the top menu.
3. Click on "Add New Dependency"
4. Fill all the required fields, and under the "Depends On -> Programs" section add multiple programs
5. Click On Save.

Expected Results

It should save the Dependency, considering a dependency can be related to multiple programs

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behaviour. A workaround will be added here when available
