Issue Summary

Import Features with duplicate Feature titles clears WSJF values from JA.

Steps to Reproduce

• Create at least 2 Features with the exact same "Title" value
• Set the WSJF values for both features
• Export the Features
• Make an update to maybe, the Blocked Reason field or Description field
• Import to JA
• Import should fail and display an Error ID

Expected Results

Importing the file should not clear WSJF values.

Actual Results

Getting Error 82 while importing and it clears the WSJF values from all the features in JA.

Workaround

• Edit the file and remove the Duplicate records
• Create another file with the duplicate records
• Import the files separately to update the WSJF values
