Ability to track basic user info about API token via Enterprise Insights/Atlassian Analytics

      Some customers would like to have auditing capability for tracking which end-users have an API token. This request is for Enterprise Insights and Atlassian Analytics, please see the linked tickets for more general suggestions about this capability.

      In particular:

      • End User Name
      • End User Email Address
      • API Token generated: Yes/No
      • API Token Creation Date
