Issue Summary

When a Story is deleted/canceled (be it by its panel or through mass delete), the associated defects are not deleted, being kept on the UI showing the old Story as a parent.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create one Story
2. Create one Defect on it
3. Now go to the Story > More Options > Delete (or cancel)
4. Check the recycle/cancel bin and you see the Story there
5. Now go to the Defect grid and see the item there with the relationship to the parent

Expected Results

The defects associated with the Story would be deleted with it

Actual Results

The defects associated with the Story are not being deleted with it

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
