Stories grid: To add the ability to filter by Team is empty

Currently, the Stories Grid cannot be filtered by Team is Empty.

Use case:

I have the Team field configured and I often need to check to ensure the team name is assigned in Jira Align for data accuracy. I have checks in Jira to ensure the team name is always correct and in Jira Align, I want to be able to go to the Story grid and filter by Team field is empty. Today this isn't possible which makes my checking very hard. I have to export ALL stories, which is a problem because it's too much data and I can't actually open the exported excel.

This request is to add the ability to filter by Team is empty in the Stories grid.

Steps to reproduce:

• Go to the Stories grid
• Click 'Apply Filters'
• Check the Team filter
• Notice it is not possible to filter by Team is empty
