This was brought to tech support's attention by a customer that was concerned about similar changes to other calculations in the future and wanted awareness to be raised about the effects of per user toggles against a change in which calculation is being used that that might cause one user to see different values in a report than another user opening the same report. As such the handling of any similar future changes need to be considered and not just the effects of the recent change.
