Issue Summary

Tested on version 10.130.3

In New Nav, Super Admins (at the least) need a way to create the Products and get them setup for the connector prior to turning it on for the Portfolio.

Currently, the Products Grid isn’t available under Items even though the system role has it turned on.

If the Products toggle is turned on under the products section (not the high-level toggle but the one for the grid which has the Add/Delete additional toggles), see image, then the Products Grid option should be shown under Items regardless of whether or not Products is set to Yes in the Admin-Platform Settings.

If you set products to yes under Portfolio Specific Configurations (Admin->Platforms) and the user is part of a team, program or portfolio that pertains to the Portfolio Specific Configuration, then the Products option should be shown on the Top Nav.

Steps to Reproduce

Expected Results

To have the Products Grid available under Items when the system role has it turned on.

Actual Results

Currently, the Products Grid isn’t available under Items even though the system role has it turned on.

Workaround

Please follow these steps:

1. Make sure the system role has products under the products section, see the image above
2. Go to Admin-> Platform, find the "Portfolio specific configuration'  button, and set 'Manage Products' to yes for the Portfolio selected.
3. Select Products on the Top Navigation menu and select View All Products. Then Star it.
4. Go back and turn off Products under the Portfolio Specific Configuration.
5. Click on Starred and select Products
   The product grid page appears.
