Some customers would like to be able to view and share the ranked Backlog page without the potential for accidental modification of the Backlog.

For Themes, we have the Theme Rank report, however it's only available for Program + PI context and with very limited information. Customers would like to be able to explore different contexts including Theme Global Rank, and be able to use filters.

Please add a read-only shareable mode or role permission to the Backlog.

Additionally, while the theme rank report is currently available at the Program level, the customer has expressed an interest in having this report accessible at both the Enterprise and Portfolio levels.
