Issue Summary

In Portfolio> Status report a user will have access to

• the Stoplight where they can see a summary of the number of epics, by status, green, yellow, red
• The list of the epics in a table

For user who ave full access, the stoplight data and the epic list match un number; However for a user who have limited access and can see only in a part of the epics, the table will show the allowed number of epics, but the stoplight will still show the total number, similar to a full access user

This is reproducible on Data Center: (yes) / (no)

Steps to Reproduce

1. With a user with full access to the portfolio, go to portfolio x, and select status report
2. Notice that the number of item match in both stoplight and list
   
3. With a second user who have more limited access to the portfolio, select the same status report
4. Notice that the list and stoplight do not match anymore
   

Expected Results

Both the list and stoplight in the statusreport should match the user permission

Actual Results

While the list is accurate, the stoplight still show the full summary of items, irrespective of the permission

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
