Issue Summary

Senior manager do not want to go into all kinds of details to know how their goals are doing. They just want to see the status. But, on goals there is no way to enter a status.

Preferred solution: a status field on goals

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open Enterprise
2. Open goals 
3. Create a goal, the status is not available - no in goals details, not in column not in 'Apply filter'

Expected Results

a status field on goals

Actual Results

No status field on goals

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
