Currently we allow only the mass move to another PI. We should increase the capability to allow mass move of Portfolio Epics, Capabilities and Features to:

• Add or Remove Tags
• Add or Remove links to other items (Work, Theme  or Objective)
• Change owner
• Update any field that comes with a drop down list such as Type, MVP, Driver, Category
• Update Date fields such as Portfolio Ask, Target Start and Target Completion

RTE , Product Owners and Scrum Masters spent a lot of time manually making these changes as part of their jobs and going through the UI to change a Link on 20 Portfolio Epics is not fun...
