Issue Summary

The Super Admin user is unable to set the user "End Date" field. When the date is set the UI reverts back to the value or clears.

Apparently, the calendar in the Admin > People > User > Slide-Out inserts the date for the endDate in a different format than the startDate,

startDate seems to be in DD/MM/YYYY and the endDate is MM/DD/YYYY format.

A sample payload:

txtStartDate: 30/01/2022
txtEndDate: 03/14/2024

Steps to Reproduce

1. The issue is only replicable so far by changing the "Time Zone/Location" setting from the Dev Tools.
2. Go to 3 dots down near the Console and select Sensors
3. Set Location to  i.e. "London"
4. Now try to change the "End Date" field to a date where Day >12. Such as 15 March 2024. 
5. The UI will revert back to the change. Or clears the endDate if it was black previously.

Expected Results

The startDate an the endDate Date Formats should be aligned to the user's Timezone and Date Format. 

Actual Results

The Jira Align seems to be not interpreting the Date Format correctly. 

Due to this Date Formatting issue, if the admin sets the end date as for example 15 March 2024 (which is in US format as 03/15/24 - MM/DD/YY but EU/UK format as 15/03/24 - DD/MM/YY) somehow the UI reverts back the "End Date" to the previous value. (if that is empty, revert back to empty) considering that the month value 15 (greater than 12) is not valid.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
