Enhancement Request on Jira Align Overall Filtering Design

There are multiple suggestions available on particular filtering improvement requests however this request is specifically submitted for a generic/overall improvement on the filtering design in JA.

• The request is to have the filters on each view (Grid, Backlog, Roadmap, OKR Hub etc.) to be with a similar structure.
• Ability to have every single field on JA (even the custom fields) be used as a filter on the corresponding level (Theme, Epic, Capability, Feature etc.).
• Ability to search for items by parent or children object, Dependency, Impediments, Risks etc.
• The ability for the operator should be extended with the possibility to filter all fields by multiple values (there are already such fields in JA) and also empty/non-empty values.
• Improve filtering: Add filters for Business Line, Project Custer and Project, allowing to save custom filters.
