Issue Summary

In the new OKR experience, competing an objective and setting the delivered value does not work.  The objective marks as completed, but the delivered value data doesn't save.  No error messages appear, but nothing appears in the audit log either.

I've reproduced this for all objective levels - seems to be the same.  This issue only happens in the new experience.

Steps to Reproduce

1. In the new OKR experience, open up an objective and set it to completed.
2. Scroll down and set the "Delivered Value" to any value.
3. Click "Save and Close"

Expected Results

The objective would be completed and the delivered value saved.

Actual Results

The objective is completed, but the delivered value field remains blank.  No mention of this attempted save in the audit log.

Workaround

Saving the delivered value works in the legacy objective UI.  That is the only workaround at the moment.
