The "Report Color" field has not been implemented consistently across all work items

      Issue Summary

      The "Report Color" field has not been implemented consistently across all work items.

      The "Report Color" field can be disabled via 'Admin->Details Panel Setting' only for Feature.

      All the other work items have the 'Report Color' field in the 'Details' Panel but not in the column and it is not possible to disable it via 'Admin->Details Panel Setting'.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Go to 'Admin->Details Panel Setting' and search for each work item 
      2. Open all the Details for each work item
      3. The 'Report Color' field is not present as a column for each work item

      Expected Results

      The 'Report Color' field can be disabled/enabled for all work items

      Actual Results

      The 'Report Color' field can be disabled via 'Admin->Details Panel Setting' only for Feature.

      Workaround

      Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
