Issue Summary

The Sign Out URL by default is blank. When a URL is set on this field, it can't be cleared anymore and users are forced to indicate a Sign Out URL. There is no indication in the documentation that this is mandatory too: https://help.jiraalign.com/hc/en-us/articles/115000370873-Security-settings.

This is reproducible on Data Center: (yes) / (no)

Steps to Reproduce

1. Settings > Platform > Security
2. Indicate a valid Sign Out URL and click Save Settings
3. Now, try to clear the Sign Out URL and click Save Settings

Expected Results

Kindly confirm with PM.

Actual Results

It will show "Updated Successfully" but the Sign Out URL will not change.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
