Enterprise Insights - Add ability for customers to add custom stored procedures

It has been requested to have the ability to pre-store procedures/code in the EI database to help with making reports on a more efficient basis and not repeating actions.

This request stems from the complexity of learning EI, even with AA, is still high for the general users.  The ability for customer to write their own custom stored procedure/query that other users can use to return a custom set of data would be very nice and help alleviate some of the complexity issues for general users.

This isn't something that currently exists in AA or EI but we were hoping it might be something that we can gather interest on to see if it an area we may invest in the future.
