Issue Summary

Custom Room → Feature Backlog → Kanban view - View Features by Team toggle does nothing.  

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to a Custom Room for Features → Backlog (or any Custom Room → Backlog and select Feature Backlog)
2. Click on Kanban - State View
3. In more options toggle on View Features by Team
4. Observe that the kanban view is the same as with the toggle off, no teams are displayed

Expected Results

PM to please review:

We expect the toggle to show similar results as in the regular non-custom room Feature Backlog, it shows the teams working on the items.

Actual Results

Toggle doesn't appear to affect the view in a meaningful way.

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available.
