Feature Request: PIs should be ordered in the descending order of time frames under the PI filter under PLANNING and DONE section on all the JA pages/reports/boards etc wherever PI filters apply.

Business Justification: Users are more likely to filter the latest planned/completed PIs while browsing several pages/reports/boards on the New Nav. Example, users in 2024 are more likely to filter recently closed PIs of 2023 rather than filtering 2019-2020 PIs.

Current Behaviour: The PIs are listed in ascending order of time frames. Due to this, users have to expand the list using "show more" multiple times to see the latest PI.

Expected Behaviour: The PIs should be listed in descending chronological order. This improves user experience of not requiring to expand list of PIs multiple times to select the latest closed PI.
