Issue Summary

When using a Platform Terminology different than the System Default, 3 reports will not show the first part of its name, showing it as " ", which breaks the sorting.
The 3 impact reports are:

• Team Goals
• Risk Roam Report
• Stories Link Report

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to Settings > Platform Terminology and set it as System Default
2. Go to Program > select Program > Reports, and see the 3 reports noted
3. Now go to Settings > Platform Terminology and change it to SAFe 4.0
4. Go to Program > select Program > Reports, and see the 3 reports noted

Expected Results

The name of the reports will stay correct no matter the terminology

Actual Results

These 3 reports show incorrect names with a " "at the beginning of it

Workaround

Use the System Default Terminology
