Issue Summary

Custom Hierarchy only lists 20 nodes/ domains, even if more than 20 nodes are available.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Login to JA.
2. Go to Settings -> Custom Hierarchies.
3. Click on Edit to any Hierarchy.
4. Under Manage Hierarchy, even if the Level has more than 20 nodes it only lists 20.

Expected Results

It should show the complete list of Nodes under each Level.

Actual Results

It only lists 20 nodes.

Workaround

One way to access those nodes is through the custom room, however, it should be available in the Custom Hierarchies page too.
