Issue Summary

OKR slideout: parent KR alignment is not removed from DB when changing parent via API.

This is reproducible on Data Center: yes

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create an objective.
2. Select its parent and parent key result.
3. Open Postman and update the parent.
4. Verify parent key result from UI and in DB.

Expected Results

Parent KR data is cleared in the DB

Actual Results

Parent KR data remains the same in the DB
